The Limelight Belfast has been granted full planning permission to take over the old Belfast Telegraph Print Hall for conferences and events. At the Belfast City Council Planning Committee meeting at City Hall this week, elected representatives unanimously approved an application for a change of use of the former print hall, on the ground floor, 122-144 Royal Avenue , Belfast, BT1 to a conference centre facility with associated use as events/entertainment space.
The applicant is the Limelight Belfast Ltd, Clarendon Road, Belfast BT1. The application was neighbour notified and advertised in the local press, with the council receiving no third-party representations. None of the statutory consultees made any objections.
