Police have indetified 3 youth who were involved in the disturbing assault
Following extensive enquiries including checking CCTV and drawing on local policing knowledge, we have identified three youths believed to have been involved in the incident.
This panel will now review the case and make a decision on the course of action to deal with those involved.We are appealing for witnesses following a racially aggravated assault in Lincoln.
