A suspect device has reportedly been found close to a primary school in West Belfast.with a number of homes in the area having been evacuated.A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are currently at the scene of a report of a suspicious object in the Monagh Road area of West Belfast.
"A number of homes have been evacuated. Motorists and the public are advised to avoid the area at present.Posting on social media, local councillor Michael Donnelly said: "Folks, a suspect device has been found close to Holy Trinity Primary School. The road in to Turf Lodge of the Monagh by Pass is closed and you can’t get out that way.Stay with us for live updates as more information becomes available.
