Lancaster Road in Preston will be closed until 10pm tonight
Encounter Festival will close Lancaster Road from 8am until 10pm today . The event celebrates the 'breadth of the county's diverse cultural offer with high quality and high profile arts'.
Tonight, there will be a Torchlight Procession and Firework Finale, as well as stilt walkers, drummers, Morris Dancers and fire performances, all moving around the centre of Preston.
