Vaquera said she was 17 when she became pregnant. She said it was a time when she didn’t have many resources but she had a choice.At 2 p.m., more than 200 people had gathered outside of the courthouse. San Antonio’s rally and march was one of many similar events held across the nation calling for abortion rights on the anniversary of Roe.
