Having been teased in the post-credits scene for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Victor Timely appears to be one of many multiversal variants of Kang the Conqueror . Just like He Who Remains in Loki's first season, Timely will likely play a major role in this new season and will likely leave a major impact on the MCU's future at large.
With his town and factories serving as his base of operations in the 20th century, Victor Timely's thinking was that he'd be able to gradually take over the world in the past so that it would already be his in the present. Eventually, Timely started using robotic proxies to run his company that would eventually grow old and die to be replaced with "sons" who'd keep running the company as "Victor Timely Jr." and so forth.
Victor Timely's Role in Loki Season 2 Explained All that's been seen in Loki season 2's trailers and Ant-Man 3's post-credits scene is Timely giving a lecture at a fair where Loki and Agent Mobius are in attendance.
