A SCOTTISH man with cerebral palsy has completed the London Marathon on Sunday, raising money for two local charities.
Andrew Tomlinson, 40, from Glasgow, capped off the six major marathons when he finished the London Marathon on Sunday, having already run Boston, Berlin, Chicago, New York and Tokyo.
“I’m a great rugby fan, I’m a Scot and I grew up watching Doddie Weir when I was a young boy,” Tomlinson said after completing the race. The 2023 marathon, the world’s biggest annual one-day fundraising event, raised £63 million for thousands of charities. Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
