Things got heated and it had to be stopped
Loose Women host Kaye Adams was forced to cut short a discussion into the ongoing Nicola Bulley after a heated clash between two panellists.
Lancashire Police have come under heavy criticism for revealing the details about her “vulnerabilities” in the weeks before her disappearance that they say made her “high risk”. They later added in a statement that she had been struggling with alcohol issues and the menopause, and had stopped taking HRT medication.
She then added: “As a member of the public, we are entitled to ask those questions,” to which Kaye then cut in to ask whether it was helpful during the ongoing investigation. However, fellow panellist Jane Moore pointed out that there are hundreds of thousands of police officers in the country, saying “To besmirch them all–” before she could finish, Kelle cut in saying: “I didn’t besmirch them all.”
But Kelle cut in again - apologising to Kaye as she said: “I’m sorry, Kaye, but if Doreen Lawrence hadn't asked the questions she asked at that time, there’s no way that would –”
