In an inspiring final message posted to Instagram by her family, cancer campaigner Dame Deborah James has called on people to ’find a life worth enjoying; take risks; love deeply; have no regrets; and always, always have rebellious hope.' She also urged people to 'check your poo – it could just save your life.’
