Love Island Charlotte breaks silence on viewers' age jibes as she talks dating pressure
After Medi, Andre, Zach, Catherine, Charlotte and Leah were in the bottom six from the public vote, the remaining girls had to decide which one of the boys they were sending home and the remaining boys had to decide which girl they were sending home.
Upon leaving the villa, Charlotte revealed that it wasn't a "shock" that she was the one chosen to leave as she "didn’t think the girls would send Catherine home" due to her being there from the start, and didn't think they would send Leah home as "she had more of a connection." While in the villa Charlotte did try her hand at getting to know Zach, who Molly was also interested it, but after leaving she revealed that it "felt awkward at times" and that their personalities "didn't really match". She also added that she thinks Molly and Zach's connection is "genuine" and that they look "comfortable" together.
As one of the older islanders in the villa, Charlotte opened up about what she thought some people's reactions would be to her being single and 30. She revealed that she would rather "take her time" and "be single".
