MiC star Robbie Mullet breaks down recalling tragic HIV family loss

Made in Chelsea favourite Robbie Mullet has recalled the sad death of a close family member as he teams up with the Department of Health and Social Care to investigate the progress to reduce HIV transmissions in the UK.

The star also revealed he currently takes PrEP , a prescribed medication that can significantly reduce your chances of contracting HIV from sex or injection drug use. "PrEP was something that I was completely ignorant to. I didn't know anything about it until a friend told me. I didn't know that we had something that could prevent contracting HIV."

"It’s this drug that we take and if you take it daily, it will stop the transmission of HIV by 99 per cent."
