The pair met on Married at First Sight in the summer of 2022 but confirmed their split on Wednesday.
Married at First Sight Australia's power couple Melinda Willis and Layton Mills have confirmed they have called a day on their relationship, reports Digital Spy.
They announced their separation on a joint statement on Instagram, the reality TV stars wrote over a picture from their wedding day: "Hi all – we wanted to keep this private for the time being, but we have a lot of supporters that are invested in the relationship and owe it to you to be transparent."We still care very deeply for each other and this doesn't mean our lives can't come back together, but as of now, we think this decision is for the best," it continued.
"We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for all your support throughout our journey, it has meant the world to us. We hope you can understand and ask for your kindness and respect during this time."Their split comes as an enormous shock to fans, after Layton recently moved home to be closer to Melinda.
