A San Antonio man was arrested on suspicion that he recorded his girlfriend’s teenage daughter while she changed clothes, court records show.
READ ALSO:Baladez’s girlfriend told police that she was looking through his phone on Feb. 6 when she came across multiple pictures and videos of her 13-year-old daughter. She said the photos and videos, taken from Jan. 25 to Feb. 1, showed nude images of her daughter while she was changing in her bedroom, according to an affidavit supporting Baladez’s arrest.
The images appear to have been taken by placing the cellphone under the teenager’s door with the camera facing upward, the affidavit [email protected]
