At 11:23 a.m., a call came in of a man shot in a tent at South 74th Street and Tacoma Mall Boulevard.Life-saving measures were given but the man died. The dog was transported to an emergency vet by Tacoma Animal Control for serious injuries.At 11:23 a.m. a call came in of a male shot in a tent, area of S 74th St & Tacoma Mall Blvd. Officers located the victim & a dog that had also been shot.
