Ocastor Ferguson, 32, who also goes by the name Kevin Brown, was identified as a person of interest in Kelley’s disappearance, the sheriff’s office said. The office added that Ferguson was arrested and accused of kidnapping. Online jail records showed that he was arrested Saturday in Grand Prairie.Kelley’s friends reported her missing on Wednesday after she was not seen for “several days,” the sheriff’s office said. Her car was found in a “remote area” in Frisco, they added.
