The Delaware County man is accused of bringing the teen to the city with the intent to sell her for sex.
A Delaware County man is accused of trafficking an 18-year-old woman around Lancaster and other cities, officials announced Thursday.
Investigators began texting with the number provided on the advertisement and agreed to pay $260 to spend an hour with the woman at a hotel in the city. The woman said she met Fountain online and he became her boyfriend. He then told her she could make money by having sex with other men, she told investigators.
Documents seized from hotel rooms the pair had been to that showed that Fountain had spent thousands of dollars on the rooms from the end of 2021 to the present day.
