A man has been charged after a pensioner was punched in the face and robbed in Preston
The incident happened on Friday 6 January, when an 83-year-old man was punched in the face in Walker Street and then had property stolen.
A 51-year-old man was arrested on Monday and Patrick Jackson, 51, of Lancaster Road North, Preston, has since been charged with robbery.A 48-year-old man, of no fixed address, who was arrested previously on suspicion of robbery, has since been released no further action.
