Police were alerted to the incident at around 5pm at the house in the North Barr area of Erskine
on Saturday, April 8.
Officers discovered a 36-year-old man who had been seriously assaulted and he was rushed to the Royal Alexandra Hospital but his condition remains unknown at this stage.
