On 8/13/20 at 5:47 PM EDTA 22-year-old named Ryson B. Ellis has been charged with the murder of four-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was killed in Kansas City, Missouri on June 29 by being shot in the head while asleep in an apartment.
Ellis allegedly killed Taliferro after his gunfire shot through a privacy fence and sliding glass door, hitting the boy as he slept at 2:30 a.m. in the morning. The child was transported to the hospital where he later died.
