The 16-year-old York boy was pronounced dead at the scene Sunday afternoon, authorities said.
David C. Galemore, 21, is charged with homicide and related offenses in the death of 16-year-old Connor Mays in Conewago Township, Adams County, according to township police.
Police Chief Gary Baumgardner said Mays, a York resident, was shot multiple times around 2 p.m. on the 300 block of Third Street.
