BREAKING: A man has been seriously injured in Shaftesbury Avenue after he was reportedly crushed by a public toilet.
It is understood a man fixing a telescopic urinal, a type of public toilet, was crushed.
Pictures from the scene show a large group of firefighters working behind a blue tarp outside the Palace Theatre.told Metro.co.uk: ‘Police were called at around 13:10hrs on Friday, 27 January, to a seriously injured man at Cambridge Circus, W1. ‘The man is thought to have sustained crush injuries while working on a “telescopic urinal” at the location.
