Man dead after argument at apartment complex led to 'exchange of gunfire,' police say
found a man who had been shot at least once around 8 p.m. at an apartment in the 12700 block of Dublin, Lt. Larry Crowson said. The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased, the lieutenant said.
Houston police are investigating after a man died when an argument escalated into an 'exchange of gunfire' at an apartment complex on Dublin.The shooting occurred after the man argued with other people in the apartment complex, Crowson said."During that argument tonight, there was an exchange of gunfire and the victim was struck," he said.
Police received reports that two suspects fled on foot after the gunfire, Crowson said."We've got officers checking the area," he said. Investigators are continuing to look at surveillance footage and talking to witnesses at the scene, according to Crowson.
