The 52-year-old was found near the busy motorway at around 7.55pm on Sunday, November 21, after emergency services were called to the scene.
Police have launched an ‘unexplained death’ probe after a man died in hospital following an incident on the M8 in Glasgow.
He was rushed to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment but was sadly pronounced dead a short time later. His death is currently being investigated by officers but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal as is the case for all sudden deaths.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of concern for a man found near the M8 in Glasgow around 7.55pm on Sunday, 21 November. The 52-year-old was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary but was pronounced dead a short time later.
