Tragically, the driver of the vehicle, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene on Woodside Road, Glenrothes.
Emergency services descended on Woodside Road around 7.50pm on May 4, following reports of a single vehicle crash involving a blue Seat Leon.
