Richardson police received multiple calls shortly before 3:30 p.m. about a shooting in the parking lot of a shopping center in the 100 block of Inge Drive, just north of West Belt Line Road and west of U.S. Highway 75. Officers found a man inside a car who had been shot to death.Police said the victim, whose identity has not been released, and other people had arranged to meet at that location and exchanged gunfire in the vehicle.
