A man who was convicted of robbing four people over the course of three days in 2021 in Paterson was sentenced Friday to 27 years in state prison, officials said. The robbery spree began on Jan. 29, 2021 when a 45-year-old man was robbed of his cash and two cell phones around 5:30 a.m. in the area of 21st Avenue and E. 22nd Street, officials said. It continued 50 minutes later when a 22-year-old had a wallet and cell phone taken by the same person, according to a release from the. At 7:10 a.m., near 12th Avenue and E. 28th Street, a 59-year-man had cash, food and his cellphone taken from him.
