He allegedly failed a breath test
The driver, aged 25, was sleeping and was later asked to provide a specimen of breath.said on Twitter:"#DumbartonRP came across a vehicle stopped on the hard shoulder of the #M8 this morning.
"The 25-year-old male driver was having a wee nap. This raised suspicions and the driver was subjected to a breath test, which he failed.
