Michael Lincoln, 51, died after he was found seriously injured on Brock Road in Glasgow at 1am on Tuesday.
William Feely, 51, made no plea or declaration as he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday. He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Images from the scene show officers in white suits in attendance with a CID tent erected outside a property on the street. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1am on Tuesday, 4 June, 2024, police received a report of a disturbance and a man being found injured at a property on Brock Road, Glasgow.
