Officials said the incident happened around 7 p.m. on Thursday near 2200 E Fort Union Boulevard, near Bella Vista Elementary. Police said the 57-year-old man was hit while walking across the road. It is believed that he was not using a crosswalk, and the area was dark when the incident occurred.The driver remained on scene and was cooperating with the investigation.This location was near the exact spot where a
