A man was rushed to hospital with 'stab wounds' following an alleged attack on Saturday evening.
The 34-year-old was found with 'stab wounds' on Main Street in Cumbernauld around 8.30pm near The Spur Hotel.A 42-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged attack.
spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a 34-year-old man having been found injured on Main Street in Cumbernauld around 8.35pm on Saturday, June 24, 2023.“A 42-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and he is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Monday, June 26.”
