Heartbreaking national news:
A second person has been declared dead at Glastonbury Festival after a body was found during the clean up.
Avon & Somerset Police said the man, in his 40s, was found unresponsive in his tent at around 2.20pm on Tuesday, June 28. He had been a festival worker at Worthy Farm. The Jewish Chronicle reports he is thought to be a dad of three from North London. His family are believed to have been informed, the Mirror reports.Authorities have not yet released any further information. BristolLive were told by Avon and Somerset Police: "Police were called at about 2.20pm on Tuesday 27 June after a man in his forties was found unresponsive in his tent in The Park at the Glastonbury Festival site.
"Sadly, the man, a member of the festival's crew, was confirmed dead at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner." Another person died on Sunday morning after a 'medical episode'. Avon and Somerset Police are not treating either death as suspicious.
