CLEVELAND — A man shot and killed his father, sister and nephew and injured a man and his 8-year-old daughter Friday night in Brooklyn Centre, then flagged down officers, according to an update released Saturday afternoon by Cleveland Police.
Additional cars were dispatched to the home on Mack Court, and on arrival, five gunshot victims were found at the scene, the release states. Officers administered aid until EMS arrived. Police said Saturday that information indicates that the suspect is the son of Miguel Gonzalez and the brother of Angelic Gonzalez. Jayden Baez was identified by police as Angelic Gonzalez's son.
This has been a painful week as we face the devastation caused by another horrific act of gun violence in our city.
