Police say 46-year-old Jamal Artis got into a minor accident with the suspect on 108th Street and Horace Harding Expressway around 2 p.m. Saturday.got of his Acura, opened fire, and drove offArtis was found in his Chevrolet Impala, and he was rushed in critical condition to New York Presbyterian Hospital.Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact police.
