Paul Blasbery, prosecuting, told the court that he has previous convictions for "minor violence, but nothing similar in nature".. Judge Neil Flewitt KC said: "It is inevitable there will be an immediate prison sentence. How long that will be will be dependent on the information available to the judge on the next occasion."
