Concerns from Manchester United legends about Marcus Rashford appear to have been vindicated by his England snub from Gareth Southgate.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote: "I completely understand podcasts and how they work but if you have genuine concerns, pick up the phone. We know each other or have crossed paths... Keane, Ferdinand and Neville all called for the 26-year-old to make a change in his personal life, believing that to be the root of his problems. The former said: “I wouldn’t say I’m worried about him, but you look at him and there’s something amiss.
"We were still making mistakes, don’t get me wrong, but on the football pitch you had it locked down, you knew what you were doing, you knew what you were about, who you were. There’s a big decision to make for him. From him, he’s got to look at who is around him."
