Andy O'Boyle will leave his role as deputy football director at Manchester United next week after Dan Ashworth and Sir Dave Brailsford confirmed his departure. O'Boyle is leaving United after just over two years in his role and although he played a key part in the transition to a new football structure under Ineos, his responsibilities are now overlapping with sporting director Ashworth and technical director Jason Wilcox.
