But when it comes to my own ear aesthetic, it's been a lot of the same: a pair of gold hoops, an ear cuff from Catbird and the three studs that came with said free piercings. I've made a point to swap out what I usually wear but never really went through with it. Finally, I feel the need to spice up my piercings, thanks to a trio pack by Miami-based brand Éliou.

It still maintains my penchant for gold jewelry, but kicks it up a notch with fun, tongue-in-cheek details.
