Meadows has reportedly told investigators that he hasn't seen any evidence of voter fraud that would have kept President Biden out of the White House. George Terwilliger, Meadows' attorney, has said reports that his client would enter a guilty plea are false. Terwilliger did not address the matter of immunity. Meadows is scheduled to testify before a federal grand jury this year in the case related to the 2020 election.

Meadows has been granted immunity by Special Counsel Jack Smith and told investigators that he warned Trump that claims the 2020 presidential election was rigged were without foundation, ABC News reported on Tuesday. The former president was indicted in August in Washington, D.C. and charged with four counts related to alleged attempts to obstruct the 2020 election.

Former President Donald Trump's final chief of staff in the White House, Mark Meadows, has spoken with special counsel Jack Smith's team at least three times this year, including once before a federal grand jury, which came only after Smith granted Meadows immunity to testify under oath, according to sources familiar with the matter.
