Mary Berry has shared her twist on the much-loved potato salad - and it adds substance so that it goes from a side dish to a meal in itself.
As reports the Express, the former Great British Bake Off judge said: "The potato salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge, adding the radish, freshly cooked salmon and the prawns up to four hours ahead."
