It's understood the horrifying incident took place on Broomhouse Loan in Edinburgh at around 10.40pm on Tuesday, August 20.
A masked gang of bikers have been threatening to "slash" locals in a terrifying rampage on the streets of Edinburgh .
A mum who lives on the street claims the pair were taking photos of vans and taxis around the Broomhouse area while speeding around on pavements. They claim to have seen the riders driving on a nearby main road in the wrong direction as well as charging at young children and women. "I didn't see any knives but they were threatening to slash people who confronted them. My kids are older now, thank god, but we have new neighbours with four young children and they were absolutely shocked at what was going on.
