Mazda Teases Flagship 2024 CX-90 SUV For American Market, Confirms Inline-Six Powertrain | Carscoops carscoops
Mazda today confirmed that the upcoming CX-90 SUV will be powered by an inline six-cylinder engine, with a teaser image posted to Instagram. Still cloaked in darkness, few other details can be gleaned about the big SUV designed specifically for the North American market.one of five new SUVs that are developed by Mazda.
At the time, the automaker suggested that the CX-90, along with the CX-70, would be powered by a turbocharged inline-six gas engine, and that has now been confirmed. It was also suggested that they might get , because Mazda has committed to electrifying its entire vehicle lineup by 2030. We don’t know the details yet, but in Europe, the CX-80’s plug-in hybrid will pair a four-cylinder gas engine to an electric motor.
