Meet Maya Golyshkina, a photographer-turned-sculpture artist who uses found objects like CDs, colored pencils, tissues, and cutlery to craft headpieces, dresses, bras, and other wearable sculptures.

The mysterious new face was a 19-year-old artist based in Moscow whom Jacobs and his team discovered in June while scrolling through their social media feeds.and she is a photographer turned sculpture artist whose work is whimsical and surreal.

“To be honest, I was shocked when they contacted me,” Golyshkina notes. “I don’t really follow the fashion world, but Marc has always been a huge inspiration to me.” She adds, “I like that he is what he is: real.” The young artist may value realness in her collaborator, but the pieces that she created for him are incredibly imaginative.
