He repped it out so many times and got it pretty quickly in terms of what my expectation was for somebody who's probably not made a ton of smash burgers in their life. I think the writers did a really good job of poking fun in a lot of different directions, and nobody was spared in terms of who was vilified or personified within that satire. If you've been working in big restaurants for long enough, you know and have interacted with pretty much every one of those diners, and then you've also interacted with chefs who took stuff way too seriously.
