The luxury Parisian label invited four fast-emerging designers, and their corresponding muses, to sit at the brand’s table for the starry celebration of the exhibition, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty.” The selected designers and talent are: Raul Lopez of Luar and supermodel Paloma Elsesser; Bianca Saunders and singer Usher; Elena Velez and artist Sasha Gordon; Svitlana Bevza and Pasha Harulia.
A similar desire to expand and refine perceptions of her brand guided Bianca Saunders as well. Saunders, who comes from British-Jamaican heritage, says she strived to elevate her production process. “I got all the right people involved — the best machinists, the best pattern-cutters.
