Prince Harry has been a driving force behind the Invictus Games since its launch in 2014, and as the event approaches its tenth anniversary, Nigeria is considering hosting it, prompting Harry's invitation to the country. The royal pair made an impression in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, where they were warmly welcomed, but it was Meghan who arguably stole the show, according to Dr Maclaran, indicating that the focus was predominantly on her.
A specific moment stood out for Dr Maclaran. "This was particularly noticeable when the British national anthem was played at a charity event, with Nigerian military personnel saluting them," she observed.
