Mel Brooks, Dick Van Dyke and More Pay Tribute to CarlReiner in Private Zoom Memorial
Carl Reiner, who died June 29 at age 98, received an all-star sendoff during a private memorial Aug. 9.that a who’s who of friends, family and comedy collaborators attended the 450-person Zoom tribute that also was live-streamed.
An attendee says that both Mel’s and Albert’s remarks were especially amazing and that Martin was"brilliant." A rep for Rob Reiner did not respond to a request for comment.
