The warning is in place from 8am on Monday
Tomorrow, Monday July 15, from 8am until midnight, outbreaks of rain, some heavy and thundery, will spread north across Wales and Merseyside and the South West of England. Some torrential downpours are likely in places with 15 to 20 mm falling in less than an hour and as much as 30 to 40 mm in 3 hours.
The heavy rain will slowly ease after dark. There is a slight chance of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses
