The health expert and creator of the Fast 800 and 5:2 diets has said that he tried two key parts of his own advice - but couldn't stick to them.
Michael Mosley has shared the two key pieces of advice that he promotes that he couldn't follow himself.
As Michael appeared on the 5x15 broadcast, he spoke to MasterChef winner Thomasina Miers about which parts of his advice that he doesn't follow himself. "There is also evidence that if you go and have a warm bath about an hour before you go to bed and when you get out what happens is a cooling process as the outside air is considerably cooler than the bath.
"I don’t really want to have a hot bath in the evening and a cold shower in the morning so I ditched that one but there are real health benefits from hot baths and saunas which I go into." "Despite the fact that now they are in their 20s and early 30s their idea of a good time is still to meet up with their mates and play video games.
