No gunshots were fired, and there were no injuries, Sgt. Dale Brown said.
"At this point," Brown said early Thursday morning, he was reviewing the report and did not have many details from the incident to release, but he confirmed the exchange happened at about 8 p.m. outside a Chipotle restaurant, and the case will go to the prosecutor's office to determine whether charges will be filed.
