Mike Tindall has made a cheeky quip about his wife Zara as he revisited his old school and reminisced about meeting his late grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II
In a clip from his The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast which he hosts with fellow former rugby union player, he tells the story of meeting his future grandmother-in-law.
Mike met Zara in 2003 while out in Australia, where he won the Rugby World Cup as part of that year’s squad. Sharing a picture of himself and his wife as cartoon Mattel-inspired dolls with Mike wearing a beige suit and Zara donning a pink top and black leggings, he wrote: “Thanks for the messages, it’s been a great 12 years. Feel we are getting younger!!! [crying laughing emoji] #zarbieandTen”.One person said: “hilarious! How on earth did you do that?! Happy Anniversary to you both xxx”.
A third penned: “This is Superb! Happy Anniversary to you both”, and another remarked: “Omg they actually look like you both”
